-Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, all of the bookings at Ebony Bate Hair require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. If a client fails to notify before 24-hours, 30% of the appointment will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If a client fails to attend their appointment without any notice, the whole appointment cost will need to be paid before booking another appointment to cover the no show appointment.
-What if I’m going to be late for my appointment?
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that I can complete your full service if you are late for your appointment. Please notify me via text if you are running late.
-How long will my appointment take?
I can offer an estimated time frame for your appointment however, as everyone’s hair needs are different I cannot guarantee how long your appointment will take.
-Can I come in for a consultation?
Of course, consultations are highly recommended if you are a first-time client or unsure of what service to book. I encourage you to call me directly to discuss what you might need before booking.
